About Megan Cotton
I’m the Marketing & Communications gal at First Presbyterian. My husband, our toddler, our three dogs and I moved to Bend from Omaha, NE January 2019. In Omaha, I was the Marketing Director at Dundee Presbyterian Church for five years. I love being able to use the creative talents (photography, videography, graphic design…) God has give me for His kingdom. When the job opened here at Bend, I jumped at the opportunity. It was everything I enjoyed about my old job but in a much prettier state!
Both my husband and I have been fortunate to live in some amazing places. I lived in China for four years teaching English and studying Chinese. My undergrad is in Chinese language and I loved everything about my time in China. My husband is a military brat and an Army veteran. He has been lucky to live in some amazing places as well…like Hawaii and NYC. When we discovered Central Oregon, we knew we wanted to call it home immediately. We try to get out on the lakes and on the trails as often as possible. We feel so blessed we get to call Central Oregon home!
